2.0 out of 5 stars Pointless 5 May 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
Before reading this short, I knew that it was focussed upon a 'what if' scenario, so I gave it a go. While I enjoyed the way it was written, I felt, plot wise, It really seemed no different from the canon story, just with a change of scenery and less drama that pulled your heartstrings. I was also disappointed with the way Blackman decided to end it and felt that creatively she could have done better. I was half expecting "Tell me it's not true" from Blood Brothers to start playing.
All in all, yeah I felt that this whole short was a little pointless and in my opinion, I think if Malorie Blackman is to write another short story, to focus more upon another character.

4.0 out of 5 stars Different 6 May 2013

When I bought this short story I didn't realize that it was about an alternate way of how callum and Sephy escape the cabin... it's still a refreshing read as always as we get to see them actually show the true feelings great read :)

I love Callum - and so getting more from him was a bonus for me :) This was good, but lacked some of the power Noughts and Crosses had when I read that. Read more
