Cat gets the cream 13 Dec 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
A nice, unusual little story to while away a few minutes. When a young woman takes up fortune telling her doubts soon give way to a realisation of her abilities - and more. Nicely written, agreeably paced with touches of well-observed humour. Just the right length and no formatting or typo issues that I spotted, although I was skimming a bit. Not bad for a freebie, worth a look.

Little to offer. 8 Feb 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
Tried to get into it but it failed to deliver.
Writing is technically and stylistically poor which spoils it all the more.
Tries to explore some fantasy/supernatural themes but is so brief it never establishes these properly.
One to pass by.

Short and sweet-16 28 Dec 2011

I only downloaded this short story because it was free and i love anything with a little bit of paranormal thrown in.
It's about a girls' coming of age.At 16,not 18 or 21 and this is because it's a different coming of age to what we know.Without telling you the story and spoiling it for you this story has a twist at the end that although i did see coming i still enjoyed the way the story unfolded.
It's a lovely little story that is the length of ones we read in the magazines while waiting to be called for an appointment.I say download it and keep it for a short journey or breaktime at work.I think you will enjoy it.
