Besides having the best matzo ball recipe of all time (with soda water) I wasnt thrilled with all the recipes. The salads are nice and the dips are good. The passover recipes are not great.

The cream cheese cake always gets raves! The chicken recipes are great. I love it so much that I'm giving it as a gift.

This book contains easy to follow recipes. The dip recipes are a great party pleaser, especially the Tex Mex Dip. I made the Apfelkuchen for Rosh Hashanah and it was a hit.
