I bought this fridge for my mother's to use in her care home room because she wanted to stop her supply of chocolate melting and keep her bottle of Baileys cool! The fridge is now installed right next to her bed and causes no disturbance to her. The only noises it makes are clicks when the thermostat cuts in and out.
The door shelves aren't very deep and height is restricted, so can't store large bottles in them like you can with a normal fridge. However by taking the shelf out of the main compartment it is possible to stand several wine bottles up in the fridge itself.
To make the fridge more accessible by raising it off the floor I bought a Malm chest of 2 drawers IKEA Article Number : 400.625.95 and put the fridge on top. She's really pleased with the whole arrangement.
