The date of this DVD should have given me a clue, but I thought wide shoulder pads for women had disappeared before 1997! I really couldn't take the dances seriously, as I couldn't stop laughing at the clothes and hairstyles. The dresses were really inappropriate for the dances, as most of them obscured the legs. The dancers also chatted amongst themselves therefore distracting from what the instructor was saying.

It was very old-fashioned and the film quality awful - and the flashy background also very distracting.

On the plus side, the DVD did cover five dances, but having just watched a salsa DVD which was precise and simple, I found this one rather messy.

Not worth the money. At �3 - �4 it would be okay.
