I have been WAITING for the chance to write this. (They actually went on "back order" after my experience, which I find interesting)
For my son's birthday this year, we decided on push-up pops instead of a huge cake. I looked around online and saw that they changed the design to include a THREADED screw in stick. Every ad I saw for these talked about how much easier it made them to store. You can fill them, stand them easily, and attach the sticks after. Of course, I wanted those. I found them on some other sites, but saw them listed here and ordered these since, you know, it was Amazon. I wish I hadn't.
I received the package and opened the box to discover that the sticks were in fact push in, not screw in. I wrote the company saying there must have been a mix up and what could we do so I could get the correct sticks. Nothing mean. Just a polite email asking how I could get the correct sticks and bases.
This was their reply:
We sell thousands of these push pops and we never had any complaints. Go ahead and use them-- you should not have any problems at all.

Ummmmm....no. Not cool.BASICALLY I should use something that was wrong and it will be totally fine? NOPE. That's like saying "I ordered a chocolate cake and I got a vanilla cake. It will be totally yummy even though that isn't what I ordered, so I should just eat it"
Called Amazon, they read what was written, was flabbergasted, emailed the company about it themselves, and a couple of days later we received the EXACT SAME REPLY WORD FOR WORD. This of course means that THIS HAPPENS A LOT if they have a generic response they just vomit out. Thankfully Amazon had my back with the A to Z claim.
If you order this, just know that you may or may not get the screw in sticks and bases and that if you don't the company won't care.
