Purchased this book in a bundle of three Cake Pop books. This was by far the best.
First it's geared towards the UK market with UK stockists (unlike another in the bundle)
Secondly has loads of very detailed and easy to follow instructions for popping (unlike another in the bundle)
Overall it's got great techniques, recipes and looks good too!

I bought this book based on Alain's review which said it was the best of the bunch!
My book arrived today and I am DELIGHTED with it. It contains way more than I expected. Easy to read, good pictures, tricks, techniques and lots of recipies for different cakes and accommpanying frostings:
Vanilla cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting
Chocolate cake and chocolate frosting
Red velvet cake
Peanut butter cake & frosting
Toffee cake & frosting
Lemon cake and frosting
The recipies make 20 medium cake balls. It explains (with pictures) how to crumble the cake mix, add frosting, prepare the candy melts and inserting the sticks (good for novice poppers).
LOTS of brilliant designs from basic to complicated: cake balls, lovehearts, 3colour pops, marble pops, clouds, lightning bolts, presents, baubles, fat birds, tropical fish, lips, moustaches, vintage buttons (beautiful!), handbags, ice-cream cones, donut pops, tea party pops, slice of cake pops, sushi (!), flowerpots, sheep, chickens, giraffes, monkeys, poker chips, poker dice, wedding rose pops, rattle pops, teddies, alphabet blocks, clowns, big top, snowmen, christmas puddings, valentines hearts, easter egg pops, bunnies, pumpkins and skulls.

I found the recipies easy to follow and in general a pleasure to read. It has loads of lovely big mouthwatering pictures. Full of great ideas and something for all the family to enjoy on a rainy day.
