A lovely book, well designed with beautiful pictures, illustrating each step. As a student of sugar craft I thought it was well presented and could be followed by either the beginner or more experianced sugar crafter. I liked the variety of deigns, and the extras to compliment the cake - such as cup cakes and biscuits. Can also be adapted to your own tastes. Tips, help you along your way and I was pleased with the Mad Hatter tea party cake that I produced from the book. Lovely fresh ideas.

This is a lovely book which not only gives you great cake designs but tips for theming your party but also added extras of cookies, cupcakes and mini cakes.

I have been really inspired by this book and read it through numerous times - the designs are well explained and seem easy enough to follow and some great new techniques that I am keen to learn.

I have quite a collection of cake decorating books and I think this book is a really good find.

I have quite a collection of cake decorating books now, but this has quickly become my favourite. All of the designs are beautiful, contemporary, and easily adaptable. I love the fact that every main cake has little cupcakes or cookies to go with it. The instructions are clear and concise, and I've found them very easy to follow. I have been making cakes for about a year, but I think this would be good for complete beginners too. The equipment lists are good; not too over the top, or too basic.
The first cake I made from this book was the daisy cake from the front cover and it looked absolutely stunning! I'm planning on attempting every cake from this book at some point, and that is something I've never been able to say about any other cake book I've bought.
