I'm happy to say I am now a fan of the once dreaded cabbage soup diet. I'd tried it in the past and all I got was a lot of tummy ache and hunger pangs. This diet has been revolutionised and includes yummy protein shakes that give you loads of energy and much needed protein. I'm very happy I used this book to do a kick start diet for my holiday as I've lost 8 pounds in week one and am less bloated and already fitting into my jeans better! The 7 day plan is easy to follow and I can honestly say I never felt hungry or had my usual sugar cravings and there are `cheats' for those that need them so these were my saving grace. I was managing 4 to 5 bowls a day despite thinking I wouldn't as previously I hadn't enjoyed this diet at all but I'm a convert! I actually enjoy my soup as it tastes delicious. I feel energised and ready for a lifestyle change to continue with my weight loss. I am grateful for this comprehensive guide and I would highly recommend.

When I purchased the Cabbage Soup Diet 2.0, I was expecting some recipes and a few tips and tricks. What I wasn't expecting was a book filled with everything you ever wanted to know about how to properly do the cabbage soup diet! The recipes are easy and very tasty. I love all the tips and tricks that are shared like "how to avoid any side effects" and "10 golden rules for better results". If you are thinking about do a cabbage soup diet, then I highly recommend this book!
