The crazy fit works excellently well. The only drawback is that if you're not technically inclined, you may never be able to assemble it. The manual is very poor and I have still not been able to get my BMI to work! It is quite sturdy and heavy. Good value for money.

great experience buying this product. the company was friendly and helpful - they called to arrange a delivery day that was convenient for me then i was called again half hour before the van got here, lovely as i didn't have to wait in all day.the powerplate it's self is also amazing - if u've never used one i'd say try it in a gym or something first as some ppl just don't like it! but if you looking for one for your home then dont hesitate with this one, the size is great and its really quiet when on & its more powerful than the ones in my local gym! I'm a lazy person but even i manage to stand (playing on my phone!) for 10mins a day and i can honestly say i've noticed the difference! plus the massage is great - after knee surgery the crutches killed my shoulders, but twice a day on the powerplate was better than a full body massage!! It was also pretty easy to put together - (hardest bit it the first wire, my tip use a coat hanger to grab it through! that will make sense when you buy it lol!) Cant fault this product at all - would really give it 6stars if i could!

Everything comes to she who waits?,

My machine promptly arrived - what good service i thought! I paid a mechanical engineer to assemble it for me as being a older woman on my own i found it a little difficult. The base received power but he could not get the top console to be recognised.I telephoned my supplier and spoke to a very helpful lady who after i had explained i paid someone to assemble the unit for me suggested rather than stripping it all down she would send me a new console to try. I readily agreed to this. 7 days later nothing had arrived so i emailed to be told the parcel had been posted the previous Wednesday and would be with me Monday or Tuesday. The following Thurday the 5th of October, i received the parcel which had the day before, the 4th October stamped on it - this led me to believe the parcel had never been posted until that day and ironically the supplier was would you believe was only four miles down the road from my home address! Never mind we all make mistakes. On opening the parcel i found not a console as promised but a printed circuit board, now I also needed a skilled electrician to repair a brand new machine. I rang the office again who said they were sorry the wrong part had been posted and they would get the correct one out to me. Another week went by with still nothing received and i emailed again threatening to leave the machine outside for collection. The response was a brand new console which arrived at 9.00 am the very next morning by recorded delivery. Once fitted the machine worked perfectly and i would recommend it to anyone, it is quiet, seems to do its job, easy to understand and operate, not as intense as the one at the gym but then again that model cost £4,000 so what would you expect. for home use i think it is great and i am now a very satisfied customer. So you see...... everything does eventually come to she who waits!
