first impressions of this machine were daunting, its a heavy machine and had to be carried up my stairs piece by piece before i could put it together. Though the instructions were clear and the machine went up in less than 2 minuets (tools included) i noticed weird spelling mistakes on the machine which made me question my choice in this machine, is this machine really capable of "crate"-ing a "prfetc" body for anyone? Could i have been so easily scammed at the prospect of a time glass figure?
Well i stuck at it for 30 days and having gone from a size 16 to a comfortable 12, without additional exercises i have to say that this machine is officially my best friend. Despite eating more than i ever had and no longer worrying about that cheeky donut for brunch or that extra scoop of icecream at desert i can see the small lines under my skin which signify muscle gain especially on my legs, all without breaking a sweat.
If that wasn't rewarding enough i now have more energy, stamina than i have ever had before. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for that seemingly elusive get fit quick machine because with this machine that is exactly what you get!

what a fab machine, so glad i purchased this wonder machine, so easy to assemble and to use too, fits nicely in a space i had in the kitchen, husband loves it, kids love it. only had it a few days, so im looking forward to seeing the results. be nice when my fats not wobbling anymore, go on give one a go, you know you want to x

I ordered this on behalf of my daughter - we've only had it for a couple of days but my husband and I are hooked on it as well. My daughter loves it and hopefully it will help her fitness levels. Very sturdy machine, easy to put together, easy to operate and I can see this being one machine which is well used rather than a "dust gatherer"!
I would recommend this to any user - as a bonus it was delivered withing 2 days of ordering.
