Teenagers laptop has died as battery not charging, with all AS homework in it, it has caused a major panic. Decided to buy this product, bit of a gamble as not entirely sure this is the problem. Price was good and P&P excellent. Product arrived really quickly, ordered it saturday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Laptop now working and charging nicely as I write. The lead is shorter than the original but not an issue.

Not the correct charger
I was sent the wrong charger for my laptop. It is not what is displayed in the picture. Look elsewhere as this is plain incompetance!!!
