I bought this as a spare for my Compaq Presario CQ61.
It is not a direct replacement! It's output is 19 Volts at 4.7 Amps instead of 18.5 Volt at 3.6 Amps

It looks the part, it does the job,It is just what I ordered and works perfectly.I would recommend it to anyone requiring the same item.
This is the third replacement I've bought, but admittedly it's not the chargers fault, it gets some serious abuse around the house, far more than I would expect it to take. Each one has lasted around 6 - 8 months, and considering the price of other ones on the web I will keep coming back to this one until I change my laptop brand.
