I would recommend this product to anyone. I have asthma and have trouble sleeping at night because the air is dry. I have my Diffuser/Humidifier on for a few hours before I go to bed and the air is nice and moist so I get a good nights sleep. You can choose a wide variety of essential oils to add to it, to get an aroma to suit your mood. The colour changing light makes the atmosphere relaxing and adding the aromas makes a comfortable atmosphere all around. Overall, a brilliant product that is super value for the money and I highly recommend it.
