I started using Col-clear after my healthcare practitioner recommended another product by this company (Oxy-Klenz) to me for my IBS. By using a combination of these products I have finally managed to sort out my stomach problems, which have been a nightmare for years. I am so impressed and would recommend these products to any fellow IBS sufferers, as I know what it is like to be at your wits end!

After reading positive reviews, I started using this "powerful colon cleanser" while losing moderatly weight, just 3-4 kg, just to see what colon cleansing is about
I was taking one capsule with meal 3 times a day for about ten days. When I first took it, it worked for one day - I went to the loo the next morning and it was more than usual. But after that, it was only loo once in two days. Which is not good for me, as normally, I go to a loo once or twice a day without any colon cleanser, anyway. So only 2 stars from me on this one.
I switched to Ultimate Colon Cleanse Nighttime Cleansing Tea- by ORGANICA RESEARCH, I will report on that one in due course, all I can tell you now that its promising start and tests nice too.

The price is slightly steeper for the version A because of the goldenseal it contains.it is fairly normal to experience bloating and discomfort within the first few days, but once your body becomes used to the cleanser, it becomes second nature. I find that the tablets work comfortably with me and I've had no problems. However I would recommend you see a doctor before beginning a colon cleanse.

It worked for me
I found this product really worked for me. I've had trouble with constipation for years, and after trying this it really helped. Definitely recommended.
