Contains quite a lot of anatomical and physiological information concerning the heart and blood vessels and the role of cholesterol in the human body. However, was disappointed as the title suggests that it describes how to cleanse your arteries, which it doesn't really do. It suggests vague general things like 'eat more food with omega-3 fatty acids' and lists a number of supplements such as VitB3 which may help. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying this if you want to know how to cleanse your arteries as after reading it I wasn't any the wiser.

I read this book in an evening , didn't really find out how to clean or clear my arteries ,a lot of background and not much substance.
I was hoping to get at lease a diet sheet
Probably never look at it again
Anyone want to buy it?

This book has some basic information in it, but not really in my opinion which it title indicates. However don't expect much for your money. A lightweight, thin paperback book, that I did not feel I got my money worth with, even though it was fairly cheap.

After having a stroke this book has been invaluable. Better to buy it before the event though then more strokes and heart attacks could be prevented.
