Format: Unknown Binding
I have a copy of the paperback version of this book published in 1972. It is outstanding. All of the recipes are easy to follow and Dharamjit Singh abhors the use of ready prepared sauces or curry powder (aaaaargh!).
If you follow the recipes faithfully, and use all of the spices and grind them yourself then the result is very tasty cooking which will truly amaze your friends and family.
