Product Description

CLAIT Plus is the new Level 2 course from OCR designed for those wanting to progress from New CLAIT. It has been developed from, and replaces, IBT II, Databases II, Spreadsheets II, Desktop Publishing II and CIT. This student workbook by Alan Clarke is the text endorsed by OCR for CLAIT Plus. It has been written specifically to match the new course and is structured unit by unit to follow the qualification. The workbook contains all the information, explanation and practice examples that students need. To gain a full CLAIT Plus Certificate candidates must complete four units from a list of 1 mandatory and 12 optional units; all 13 are covered in this text. As a student of the CLAIT PLUS, I have found this book very useful when preparing to sit my module exams. It explains the concept of CLAIT PLUS and the modules inwhich to gain the qualification. With easy to follow step by step instructions and an enclosed CD-ROM, the learner can't go far wrong, I've found the exercises useful and comprehensive.

WARNING !! 23 July 2010
Format:Paperback
in fact this book does NOT come with a cd rom, it is the teachers book which costs about £100 that comes with the cd rom and this book is useless unless you have access to the cd rom material either through classes or by owning the teachers book itself in which case you dont need this one. the reviews saying that a cd rom comes with this book are incorrect and are merely echoing the product information which makes me think they are not genuine reviews by real people but just the usual new book hype presented by the publisherin a more plausible format. However,I do stand to be corrected by the reviewers if they would like to tell me on this forum where they obtained a copy of this book with the cd rom? I am sure other duped buyers would like to know too.
