Feathers are nice for craft activities but are so small. Nice colours and interesting but would be nice if they were a bit bigger. Quite expensive for the amount you get

Feathers are lovely. Small, which is great if that's what you are after. However they are very expensive for the amount you get. I bought a 100g packet from Hobbycraft for about £3 (so same price for four times the amount).

My girl loves the feathers. She is not quite 3 yet so her main game is tipping them out and walking through them but she loves the little people we make from feathers and pompoms on lolli sticks. Sometimes the feathers get glued on stones or paper too. We both like them a lot.

Funky bright feather
Brightly coloured funky feathers, my 3 year old had great fun sticking to toilet rolls to make birds, and onto pictures and cards.
