I bought this to go on the door of my wardrobe, I had a lot of necklaces/scarves that were just put anywhere. It's been very good for the light necklaces but when it came to the scarves it was a little too heavy and tilted this to the side (so I had to put another on the other side to even stevens it!) I have no problem with this but it looks a bit more sturdy then to be swaying either way - but it isn't.
The hook is quite awkward also, it has a point where it doesn't twist quite right. It's a little difficult to explain I managed to get it the way I wanted it but it was slightly fiddly.
All in all this is and will be very handy for my necklaces and light scarves but if you want this for anything heavier I really wouldn't recommend it, its just not sturdy enough.

This was perfect for hanging necklaces. I fixed it with a plug and screw as it holds quite a weight then stuck some blue tack behind the hooks on the ends to stop it moving about. Just the job!

Although it does give a home to ties, it can become annoying when it turns in your wardrobe. I prefer the hooks
