Super exercise system

This is a magnificent exercise system that has proven its worth over centuries of use. Like Tai chi Ch'uan, it is an internal system, meaning your health will improve from the inside out. The illustrations and descriptions are very useful and anyone can benefit from the information herein.
I only wish Mr. Johnson would come out with a book of some of the additional exercises.

I first became aware of the wand exercises back in the early 80's. I'm happy to finally own this book and very happy to restart doing the exercises. Sad story about the author, and tragic that he's not releasing the rest of the exercises he learned. I don't think Jesus would be happy about that.
