Product Description

When a small-time crook suddenly has big money on his hands, it’s only natural that the police want to know where it came from.

James’ latest CHERUB mission looks routine: make friends with the bad guy’s children, infiltrate his home and dig up some leads for the cops to investigate.

But the plot James begins to unravel isn’t what anyone expected. And it seems like the only person who might know the truth is a reclusive eighteen-year-old boy.

There’s just one problem. The boy fell from a rooftop and died more than a year earlier.

5.0 out of 5 stars Read this book!, 22 Sep 2005
The 4th book in the series is every bit as good as the others, if not better. With cars, girls, money and trouble around every corner as the basis of every great spy story this book has got those bases covered. And alongside this are the odd details that give the CHERUB series that special touch to seperate them from other child spy stories - the down to earth points that make the story all the easier to relate to.

Even if you don't do anything else this afternoon then you should get this book!

(Recommend it to your local library, that way more people can read it and you can save the world 1 tree at a time)

5.0 out of 5 stars CHERUB:The killing, 28 Feb 2006
By calmc (london, england) - See all my reviews
CHERUB:The killing is a whity book that has the apeall to hook any teenager. It is the fourth in the series and upholds the brillance of the other three.
It's paced full of action, adventure and girls. And even though it's about a bunch of teenage spys it's alot more down to earth than say the Alex Ridder series.
I strongly recomend that you read atleast one of the CHERUB books. The CHERUB books arn't to chalenging so that it's not tohard to read but thay are amed at teenagers so it isn't that easy. There is going to be nine CHERUB books so there's plenty to read
