Both parts of this filter are thinner than the one I was replacing, which came from somewhere like a Currys or Homebase store and cost three times as much.
Not much trimming was required for my 60cm width cooker hood, only a strip about 6cm wide off the long edge.
My grille was still quite sticky after I had scrubbed it with everything I could find in my cupboard. It will clearly be an advantage if you order a degreasing product at the same time as you order the filter.
There are no instructions on the packaging, so for the benefit of the user who was unsure, and anyone else, the white grease filter goes in first, against the metal grille, it is the one you will see through the spaces in the grille if you look up at the hood when it is all back together. The black charcoal filter goes in last, under the wire spring clips that hold the filter in place.

I tried to get this from several places before geting to Amazon, I am hapy that it was there that I found this product and honestly I think that it can benefit all the motorhome owner because you can cut it to size and it worked very well for the one I have in our motorhome.

Good buy
I changed filter after 1 year and it makes huge difference. This one is actually much better than I had before. Anyway I should change it at least twice a year.
