This thermometer is accurate and easy to use.it does not steam up and the clip works reasonably well.(by the way it is not the one in the picture). CAAB LIVING are an excellent company to deal with.. you wont be disappointed at this price..
Just pop it in the frothing jug and wait for the indicator to reach the red sector to tell you the liquid is hot enough. Couldn't be easier. Seems quite robust too and comes with a spike shield for storage.
