I would hate to think of myself as anything other than open minded, but I didn't get much out of this. I survived the pistachios relatively unscarred (mentally, if not physically) but when I saw the glint of madness in Doreen's eye, as she began warming up with the coconut shells (or was it the reckless abandon with which she began to smash them together?), I decided that enough is enough.

Rip Off - no DVD! 7 Oct 2009
Ordered this and it arrived with no DVD attached although one is shown on the photo and referred to in other reviews.

Returned the first and re-ordered and the same - no DVD! Complained to Amazon customer service, but never heard the result of their "investigation", I see the same item is now back on their site at a lower price - still without a DVD...???
