Why is this product different?
This penetrating water based, co-polymer sealant is formulated to be so thin that it finds its way INSIDE fine cracks by capillary action, and sets to a clear flexible seal. Compatible with wood, rubber, glass, metals, perspex, glass fibre, ceramics, concrete, brickwork and old sealants. Will not disolve polystyrene.
Uses about the house
Leaks in flat roofs and conservatories; cracks in slates; brickwork & concrete. Penetrates and seals ageing joinery eg old front doors, window casements & frames; window putty and sills; stained glass windows; rubber seals. Kitchen worktop joints and around inset sinks & hobs. Dripping plug waste surrounds. Shower trays & cracked vases, ceramics, fish tanks etc.
Uses for the caravan
Leaks around windows, metal and rubber trim & fittings; rivets; gullies & skylights.

I used this to repair a concrete fountain reservoir which had suffered numerous fine cracks due to hard frosts over the last winter. I'd already made various attempts with epoxy resins but nothing worked and I'd resigned myself to scrapping the fountain when I came across Captain Tolley on the web. It worked brilliantly - I applied the sealer to the cracks and it immediately penetrated deep inside them. I reapplied until it stopped disappearing into the cracks and then left overnight.On filling the fountain next morning there was no sign of leakage anywhere. That was several weeks ago, and there has been no leakage whatsoever. BRILLIANT!
I've got loads left for any future repairs, so it was well worth its cost.

Used this to seal an old caravan , applying it along all the joints first, and then following up with some silicone sealant on the bigger cracks. Leaks cured ...dry caravan ,...simples ! Make sure you get the bottle with the nozzle ...its very fluid , not like a sealant , and needs accurate application or it goes everywhere !
