This phone worked brilliantly, for a while. Then it went damm near silent.
I replaced the connecting lead to the phone socket, tried some cheap box wired phone in the main socket and the one on the extension lead, they all worked fine. This box however, was damm near silent. And there seems to be no way of turning it back to audible volume.
The base unit rings very well, but I've no idea if it's that or the handset that for some reason makes the incoming voice as close to silent as possible. Either way, I'm buying a new one.
Yes it's shiny, do not let theat be a reason for buying one. I fell for it, and now looking to buy a new phone. THIS COULD BE YOU. ESCAAAAAAPE!!!!

I have given this phone one star, because you can make and receive calls... buts that about it!!! The phone in in no way intuitive. The answer machine is a waste of time as you can't hear it due to distortion and the phone doesn't record the time of call. I have ordered another phone with good reviews and I am looking forward to having an answer machine again!

Nice looking phone but the quality is not good, not very good sound, not many ringtones, and you have to enter your address book on both phones, not able to copy over to the other handset. Sorry but sent mine back and got refund!

Looks good, works well. Nice clear line anywhere in the house. Caller ID only works if it's in your BT contract.

I expected quality for the amount I paid...
I bought it from Commet store on offer price, I expected qaulity as original price was £65. Sound quality is very bad. By the end of call, my ear aches. Read more
