This product was ordered in November as a Christmas present and was never delivered by Indigostarfish. A second request was delivered, but too late to give as a present but it proved faulty anyway. Could not remove cover which was stuck and had to return it for a refund. Still not had a refund from Amazon so this was a rubbish buy all round with poor customer service from everyone involved.

I bought two of these and they just don't work when i try to back up microsoft money file with less than 2gb i keep getting a prompt that there is not enough room and to insert another! This happens on both of them!!! A waste of money for me, either that or I'm doing something wrong but i don't see how i can if they are stated as 'plug and play'.

Bytestor 4GB flash drive
Very quick delivery. Easy to use for downloading but a bit fiddly when removing the cap. Could the cap have some type of "grip" rather than being smooth to aid removal?
