This memory sorted my laptop out perfectly, though I did need to look on Google to see how to actually install it, but that was simple enough, and when I booted the laptop it recognised the memory - so no problems.

A great value product that was delivered swiftly. Disappointed to find one of the memory modules faulty after 30 minutes of use - BUT the incredibly quick and efficient replacement of the faulty memory more than made up for initial frustration. Overall good service and great value.
