Quite simply, the rug scrunches up every time it is trodden on. Disappointing although quite soft to stand on.
My Husband and I only ordered this lovely rug over the weekend and it was delivered today (Wednesday) to my place of work.

I only just ordered the product yesterday, and it has not arrived yet. My comments are about the seller. I bought this item as gift for a friend, but even though I inputted a different billing address, apparently this was ignored, and an email from the company informed me thar the order form (showing the price) is being sent to my friend, together with her gift. I wrote to the company immediately, asking them to correct this, but the customer care officer obviously had difficulty understanding English. After a number of emails repeatedly explaining the situation, with which I got precisely nowhere, I gave up and called. A 5 minute overseas call with yet another unhelpful customer care officer was still not enough to get these people to help. I was told that it was now too late to do anything about it (even though I explained that my first email was sent immediately after their email confirming my order). I am now going to have to write to my friend and apologise on behalf of these incompetent people. How embarrassing.
