Our Volcanic Lime Pickle is a hot little number made with Limes and Chilli. We've also added Onions, some delicious Lime Juice, a bit of Stem Ginger, some Chillies and lots of spices. It has just the right balance of hot and citrus to be a great partner to poppadoms and curries. This pickle is really good with boiled eggs, and you can use it as a dip for most types of snack. Try stirring it into couscous, bulgar wheat or rice for some extra flavour.
