This book is great, it covers diet, exercise, fashion/style and beauty in easy readable sections. It has great time-saving tips and encourages you to take control of the way you look.
I'm the person who didn't know where to start when it came to fashion and beauty, but now i have the confidence and the knowledge to buy products/clothes that actually work for me.
I also love the way the pages are laid out, the bright colours used and the fantastic illustrations. I couldn't put it down, every page has useful information. This book is for women of all ages, colours and sizes.
full of fun colour illustrations throughout ( though I do believe they are stock rather than especially commissioned, hence the 3 star) Emphasis on getting your body fundamentals into shape rather than superficial make up & hair tips. Some great timeless fashion suggestions - really really worth reading a few times at least.

Lovely pictures. Even my daughter likes to play with the book and look at the pictures as it is so colourful.
