Like the review above, this was a gift from grandma! And this is absolutely my sons favourite book at the moment. Every night when he goes to get a book for us to read, this is the one he brings back. He is almost 15 months old. He loves playing with the moving tabs etc, and studies the pictures asking "whats that?" about everything.. a great book and I'm going to buy some of the others now..

My mum bought this book for my toddler and he loves it. It has been his favourite book/toy for the last two months, which for a 18 month old is a very long time. We really enjoy looking at the pictures, fiddling with the moving parts and playing "Can you see a ...".
His six your old sister enjoys "reading" it to him also.

I bought this because my 9 month older daughter loves Busy Garage (which we got from the library) in a way that means I have renewed it for over three months now. We read it a least once a day and she will forage to find it. She likes Busy Airport but it's just not quite as vibrant, she's not quite so interested in the moving parts... however, all the Busy Books are really fun and guaranteed to keep attention as each page has a moving scene, so it still gets four out of five from me.

I bought this for my 14 month old son as one more thing to keep him amused when we were going on an 8 hour flight. He absolutely loved it then, and still loves it now he's 18 months old. There's loads going on, from dogs in transit to a helicopter that lifts off halfway through. It's been great on the long flights, in restaurants, in doctors surgeries, at mealtimes - in fact anywhere that needs a bit of sitting still time! I'm just re-buying it as it's been used to destruction (although it's worse for wear, I don't blame the manufacturers for this as in some other reviews - it's the most robust 'pop up' we've had) and am getting the Busy Garage & Busy Railway too. Every little friend Henry has wants it as soon as he starts reading it! A great buy.

We bought this for my son when going on holiday, he was 19 months old then and still loves it now 3 months later. He brings it to us saying 'airport, airport' and really enjoys finding different things on the pages and making the helicopter etc pop up. It has helped him to learn his colours and was great when looking out of the aeroplane window and pointing out the same things in the book. The only slight downside is that he has ripped various bits of it and I have had to get the sticky tape out to mend it several times so you may need to supervise smaller toddlers.

If your child is obsessed with airplanes like mine then this is a great book. My son is 18mths old and all the wiggly, jiggly and pully bits make it a very interesting story. In fact I'm so bored personally of reading it, that we make up new stories every night based on all of the different things going on on every page. Great book for toddlers who like to tear books, as this is hard pages and seems very durable. Would recommend. Nice if you are going on holiday too, to prepare them.

This has been one of my son's favourite books (and he has a lot of them!) since I bought it for him 6 weeks ago. Just like the other books in the series each page has some sort of interactive activity:

- The cover has a wheel that can be rotated to show planes flying through the sky
- The first spread has another wheel, this time rotating a luggage carousel
- The second has a push up section showing a helicopter and two windows that change to show pilots in a cockpit and a family waving from a window
- The third has a pull tab showing people making their way to their seats on board a plane, whilst another plan takes off in the background
- The final section has a plane in flight that can be tilted left and right

The words are quite nice (rhyming so my 5 month old loves to listen too) and there is lots to discuss on each page.

We have found this book to be pretty robust - especially considered the level of toddler loving it has had! We already own Busy Railway (again, a lovely book although ever so slightly less robust) and will be buying more in the series.
