This is a book which covers a wide range of tourism related topics from sustainable development to the airline industry. It contains some excellent references on global development and future trends as well as case studies from all fields of the industry. I would highly recoment it to anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge, through a well written, presented and understandable book.

I teach travel and tourism and my HNC and HND Travel students find this book essential for Structure and Organisation of the Travel and Tourism Industry and Marketing units. The 6th edition, like its predecessors, continues to be an excellent resource.
