Product Description

Review

Private banking is one of the most rapidly developing sectors in the financial services industry. Faced with the increase in data to be managed, the needs of information systems are following the same trend. This situation therefore requires information system professionals capable of deploying and maintaining such systems while having asset management knowledge. This book presents the sector's structure: first clients, then trends and standards and finally the sector's technological specificities.( European financial management & marketing association ,EFMA)

Format:Paperback
The high standard already set has been maintained in this new volume, which follows the successful formula used in the previous volumes. Attention in this book is focused on Private Wealth Management and the IT knowledge which can be use to get the best out of investment portfolios.

The book is relevant to IT professionals looking for a primer in PWM and for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students studying Finance and IT. My principle criticism is that the book takes too long to get to the point with regard to IT ¿ however when it does this is then well addressed.

This is a worthy addition to the Bizle Series. It maintains the quality of previous volumes and offers an excellent insight into the world of PWM without making excessive technical or theoretical demands.

This digital version is RUBBISH! 18 Nov 2010
By Roger Kwong - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is my first time to buy eBook on Amazon, but unexpectedly this should also be my last time as it is totally unfair to customers and readers. This book's digital presentation is in a big mess, words are broken, sentences are floating everywhere. Page numbers are not in order ... What a totally fxxking book !! Much more is Amazon's discriminating policy of NO REFUND ON ALL DIGITAL CONTENT BOUGHT ONLINE. Jesus, what kind of company is that !!! I will lodge complaint to all regulators and media to disclose this matter. And dear readers, DON'T BUY THIS BOOK OR EVEN ANY BOOKS FROM THIS PUBLISHER. They are crooks!
