This book was used in order to get an overview of business ethics and the basic concepts. It explains very well the different topics, though it is quite extensive. Sometimes unnecessary details and graphs regarding US businesses divert from the international picture of business ethics. The cases, however, were very useful for class discussions, which, with an open mind, could lead to interesting insights of each student.

Up to Date Ethical Situations 1 Nov 2000
By "mommysally" - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book is very up to date on the ethics surounding business today. It thougholy explains the different theories and concepts of business ethics. I rate this book high on content, but low on context. This is a good book but is long and dry, this author repeats himself and does not always get to the point directly.

There can be ethics in business 1 Jun 2005
By Quaker Annie - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This was our text book for Antioch McGregor's Business program (not MBA).

The book is good - a bit dry - but under the direction of a really good professor (which we had) it can be a great tool.

I went into the class doubting the existence of true ethics in the corporate world -- and exited realizing it is there, but there can be a price to pay to use it.

If would suggest Parker Palmer's A Hidden Wholeness to read with this -- wish I'd had both of these while I was in the corporate world.
