This reads like a college textbook (which it very well may be), but I ordered it for personal research. It's very informative. Split into chapters dealing with different topics and varying viewpoints, the reader sees all sides of the issues discussed. It's not necessarily a fun read, but it's not staggeringly abstract either. I'd recommend it to college professors for their classes, and to anyone else trying to understand the collision of environmentalism, politics, and business in the United States.
