This is a really practical book that outlines the typical activities that a Business Analyst would carry out on a project. It's very practical, and gives a whole range of tips, tricks and anecdotes. I really enjoyed reading it.

It's really clear when reading this book that the authors are practicing Business Analysts themselves (or have been in the recent past). This leads to a really clear, understandable and practical book.

I'd recommend this book to anyone considering business analysis as a career who wants to get a sense of the typical activities, tasks and techniques that a BA would carry out on a project, as well as any existing BAs who are looking to formalise their knowledge (there's always more we can learn!).
