Got one of these refurbished for £50. It's a great box and works well. Menus are easy to use and remote is laid out well. Picture quality is everything you would expect from 1080i. Occasionally (once every couple of weeks) the box will not turn on after being on stand-by, meaning it needs to be switched off at the plug, wait 10 seconds, then try again. There is no ability to view a channel while still looking at the EPG, but you can browse channels without changing with the up and down keys on the remote.
This is a great little box, so don't be put off by the low price, it really does do the job!

This is a really good Freesat box, I knew before buying that I wouldn't be able to record, so no surprises. As it's an HD box the picture quality is very good with the HD television. I am very pleased with the ease that I set it all up, it updated right away and searched for all channels without any hiccups. If I hadn't bought it as used I wouldn't have known, everything was in the box and nothing scratched or marked. I would recommend this to anyone that wants quality without the high price that goes with it.
