The UNI Take & Talk range of cradles perfectly sums up the flexibility of the UNI System 8. The Bury system 8 take & talk cradles are interchangeable and boasts a large range for many different makes and models of mobile phones. All cradles power and charge the phone and provide all the features you would expect of a genuine car kit. On changing your mobile, you can continue to use your Bury base unit, you simply find a suitable connecting unit for your new mobile phone…. no tools or set up changes required.
Please note that the Take and Talk cradles are not compatible with manufactures installed car kits. If the hang up cup has been bolted to a metal bracket or attached to a Brodit clip then the installed car kit is not a manufactures install .
When pairing the cradle with the phone for the first time, your Blackberry will ask for a passcode - Answer: 1234.
In Bluetoooth settings make sure the bluetooth connection is NOT encrypted, otherwise you might experience connection problems.
To disconnect the cradle simply press in the button on the right hand side on the connecting plate [hang up cup], lift up and take the old cradle off, and then put the new cradle in its place. It's quick, easy and best of all No Re-installation fees.
