I really don't get all the hype about this product being described as an almost "miracle salve". It is simply O.K., a regular moisturizing/calming ointment. There are many other similar products costing half the price.
This arrived without the packaging as shown in the picture, just the tin with absolutely no instructions whatsoever. I purchased this is a gift - I have had to go into Burt Bees website to print out what it is actually for to put in with the gift.
I love this! It's really an amazing product - I use it for all the uses it says on the tin and also as a spot minimiser (which works, takes the redness out of them) and also on my lips when I feel the tingle of a cold sore coming. I have not once had a cold sore in all the time I have used this on the tingle - and I am prone to them at least once a year.

a bit dissapointed
I love burts bees but this one was a bit dissapointing. it made my hands feel dry and not rescued at all. the lemon cuticle cream is much better.
