This book acknowledges that trauma and it's aftereffects can be passed on to family members ie. that PTSD is catching. This has been the reality in my life, and many other families I know. It really is an innovative book.
Clear to read and divided into useful sections. Recommended reading for health professionals helping individuals and their families suffering from trauma/PTSD
