Perfect bouquet to say I love you, Thank you, Happy Birthday/Anniversary whatever you want. Flowers were Fresh and beautiful and last for weeks - little box of chocs a great bonus I will definately use this company again

These flowers were bought as a Mothers Day gift. They arrived earlier than stated, were dumped in my mothers porch so she was un aware they'd arrived and were almost dead on arrival. I contacted the company and they issued a full refund within a few days. This quality is so unusual for Bunches, i've used them several times before with no problem. Perhaps a one off or a sign of the times with quality cutbacks. I don't know you make up your own mind.

I bought these flowers for my mother and when they arrived they was all just buds,I believed i was buying open blooms not buds,no where can i see in the description,YOU WILL RECIEVE A BOX OF BUDS,as my mother does not live with us i did not see these arrive but my husband has just seen them,his words was "you will not be pleased when you see them,its a tiny bunch smaller than you get from a supermarket for £5 or £6 pounds" bunches give you a guarantee of satisfaction or your money back or a replacement,I have been in touch with bunches and they couldn't care less,DO NOT TAKE NOTICE OF THE PICTURE,this is not what you get.you also get a box with about 4 chocolates in it,they call these free,well they are not free you have paid for them and they can afford to do this because you dont get many flowers for your money,WHAT A RIP OFF,a good photo can make almost anything look good,and a bunch of buds do not look as good as a bunch of blooms when given as a gift,WOULD NOT USE THIS SELLER AGAIN,
