My daughter eagerly awaited this item - she hasd been saving up her pocket money to buy one. The instructions did not come in the packet and it was not obvious to me how to fix the seat on the bike. I contacted the seller who to their credit emailed me instructions very quickly. The seat was easy to fit once I knew what to do. Unfortunately the seat bounced up and down a lot whilst my daughter was cycling she found this uncomfortable to peddle with and felt it unbalanced her. She is 6 and has a very small bike, possibly the seat would be more stable on a larger bike.

No instructions - not key to assembly but plastic seat locking device looks weak and makes you worry you are going to get the strong metal bar in the right way the first time. But the worst is NO BIKE FIXING despite lots of screws and nuts at home and a hour spent trying to sort it no luck and my 4yr had to go out on our family bike ride without her dolly seat which she had waited all week for and been thrilled to get on the day we were going out. We left the seat at home after tons of tears of disappointment had been shed so many thanks to the manufactures who couldn't add for pence a suitable screw and nut and the retailer who stocked it without checking it out. You both really spoiling a family trip out. PRODUCT A BIG 0 if there was that option.

Delivery was fast, the seat is very easy to fit and well made for the money.My grandaughters` first love`fits in it perfectly and she loves riding round the park with baby in tow. Very pleased.
