5.0 out of 5 stars Great advice for targets and companies, with case studies, 12 Feb 2001
By A Customer
This book is written by an expert, and is written from a neutral standpoint. There is good advice for both targets of bullying, people who are concerned they are bullying others and for organisations looking into implementing a policy on bullying. There are many real-life examples, which help the reader to relate to the advice given. It is easy to read and good for reference.

Prompt service and the product is in reasonable condition and fairly priced. Gives a good insight into the title issues and helpful for anyone who has experienced bullying in the workplace. This is a valuable book because it gives a certain confidence back to the individual who may feel isolated and lacking self esteem. A good read for those who want to understand bullying and how to tackle it. Thanks.
