This book is written by an expert, and is written from a neutral standpoint. There is good advice for both targets of bullying, people who are concerned they are bullying others and for organisations looking into implementing a policy on bullying. There are many real-life examples, which help the reader to relate to the advice given. It is easy to read and good for reference.

Prompt service and the product is in reasonable condition and fairly priced. Gives a good insight into the title issues and helpful for anyone who has experienced bullying in the workplace. This is a valuable book because it gives a certain confidence back to the individual who may feel isolated and lacking self esteem. A good read for those who want to understand bullying and how to tackle it. Thanks.

I bought this book after reading the short leaflet of advice for Individuals, origionally on the Andrea Adams Trust Web site, which has now been replaced by the Andrea Adams Consultancy Web Site (I have not personal association with either organisation). I have personally experienced being bulled at work in the past year and the work of Andrea Adams has been a god send. This is a well researched and written book, as relevant today as when it was written. Reading this book, combined with a book by David Graves "Fighting Back, Overcomming Bullying In the Work Place", has helped me to make sense of the siutaiton I found myself in, and it helped me think through what to do.

I have no hesitation in recommending this book to anyone living through the devestating experience of being bullied in the workplace.
