2 quality remixes plus the original. I wouldn't get this unless i wanted all of La Roux's discography - you may as well just download the radio edit. that is unless you love one or both of the remixes on here!

Despite the plethora of elctropoprincesses out there, they are not a uniform bunch. La Roux is more than just a hairday. Bulletproof is a twist on the "I wont get hurt again" theme, sung at the departing heartbreaker with some venom. Its catchy, its different and lyrically far from embarrassment. Strike 3, La Roux, you are on a home run!!!

I picked this album up after hearing a brief sample of Bulletproof during the BBC's Wimbledon coverage and it quickly became a flavour of the month favourite. I'm 30 years old and, as a child of the 70's, I have recently got back into 80's music (Depeche Mode, Tears For Fears, etc.) and current music clearly inspired by that era (Ladyhawke, Empire Of The Sun and so on). If you are in the same boat, then I recommend this album along with the others mentioned, at least while this current 80s trend lasts.
