Product Description

Product Description

For over 5,000 years, people from around the world have flocked to Wiltshire to revel in the mystery of Stonehenge - the ancient monument that inspires druids and befuddles academics to this day. Stonehenge has become a sacred pilgrimage, and now it can be viewed from the comfort of your own home, with this mystical kit. Great for family, friends, co-workers and kids, "Build Your Own Stonehenge" comes complete with 18 ceramic rocks, moulded to look like actual Stonehenge boulders. With coding on the base of each stone, it's easy to put the components in their proper arrangement and replicate the spirit and look of the real monument. The kit also includes a 32-page guide to answer everything you might need to know about the real monument.

great for kids too 18 Oct 2006
By me
My eight year old was given one of these and he is so pleased with it. The box is a little too small but apart from that it's all perfectly formed. It is small numbered plastic stone replica pieces and a "mat" to show where they go and a little easy to understand book about the stones.

A Good Idea 1 May 2010

I have had one of these for a couple of years, it was originally a novelty extra present for Christmas. You get all you that you need and it doesn't take long to assemble. A word of warning though, this is a dust-trap and so it would be advisable to glue the stones onto the cardboard base, also the cardboard does have a tendency to curl at the edges after a period of time.
