Product Description

Buck is the uplifting, powerful story of true American cowboy and real life ''horse whisperer'' Buck Brannaman, who travels the US for nine gruelling months a year, helping horses with people problems. This award-winning, visually stunning film follows Brannaman from his troubled childhood to his phenomenally successful approach to horses. His results are nothing short of a miracle, as he dramatically transforms horses and teaches others how to communicate with these majestic creatures. Featuring contributions from those he has inspired, including Hollywood icon Robert Redford, Buck is a moving story about an unsung hero, who has made an extraordinary life despite tremendous odds.

5.0 out of 5 stars No wonder this made it to Sundance! 4 April 2012
By Elliott
Format:DVD
Buck Brannaman is the real life horse whisperer. I'm not an equestrian fan per se but I loved this film title. I was just amazed by Buck's life story and how he could affect not only the horses that he treated but the people that owned them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buck 6 Jan 2012
Format:DVD
A really interesting documentary, that's moving without being in the least sentimental, (Buck has a good line in sarcasm) and appeals to horse people and non-horse people.
Monty Roberts has his admirers, but this man's the real deal.

I found it inspirational.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing man 20 Jan 2012
Format:DVD
Fantastic film about how everything in life is connected...
Truly amazing man....
Healing both horses and their owners

Would love to see someone come along and heal all the other domesticated animals so many humans abuse
(cows, sheep, pigs, hens etc) and teach their handlers how to act and connect, tons of abuse going on there..
they have relatively short lives but non the less a LIFE
