4.0 out of 5 stars A handy pocket sized guide, 30 Aug 2009

This little book was useful as I had not previosuly visited Brussels, it covered all the basics and yet was small enough to carry around in my pocket.

It is probably not as good as the Time Out Series, but it is a little cheaper and more portable.

A good book to get if you are going to Brussels for a few days and want to find about the city's highlights.

P.S. Also included are small sections on Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent.

Excellent little book on Brussels and a great help whilst visiting the city. It was not the only book we took on the city or the most comprehensive but it is small. No tourist to a city wants to lug around a huge archive of history, shopping and restaurant directory's, maps etc and that is were this book excels. Good content with clear information, recommended.
